Serving as Associate Pastor at Trinity, Wayne has been on staff since September of 2000, with responsibilities including development of Trinity’s Small Groups ministry; radio, television, media teams, and tech support and training; preaching; and teaching Fireside Faith and Parenting Plus classes! He has served churches as pastor in Wisconsin, New Hampshire, Nebraska, and Potsdam Germany. Wayne’s wife, Gayleen, serves as pianist and organist at Trinity.

Wayne earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Bible and Pastoral Studies from North Central University in Minneapolis Minnesota, the Master of Science Degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Nebraska and the Doctor of Practical Theology from Master's International School of Divinity. Wayne has also done post-graduate work at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston.

Wayne's leisure activities and interests include playing raquetball, golf, electronics, reading, shooting and archaeology.
